What Zombie Couple AI collects when you sign in, upload photos, and pay, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Zombie Couple AI ("we", "us") is a video studio at zombiecoupleaivideo.com, operated by zombiecoupleaivideo. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we need it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
If you have a question that isn't answered here, write to support@zombiecoupleaivideo.com.
The short version
- You sign in with Google. We get your name, email address, and profile picture.
- You upload two photos. We store them and send them to our AI video providers so they can make your film. That is the only thing we use them for.
- We don't sell your photos or videos, we don't post them anywhere public, and we don't use them to train AI models.
- Stripe handles payment. We never see your card number.
- You can ask us to delete your photos, videos, or whole account at any time.
1. What we collect
Account details. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture, and an account ID with us. We use these to create your account and keep you signed in. We don't ask for access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, or anything else in your Google account.
Photos you upload. Each video starts from two photos, one for each person in the story. Photos show faces, so treat them as personal data about you and about the other person in the picture.
Your video requests and results. For each video we keep:
- the scene and role you picked;
- the time you confirmed that you have consent from the people pictured;
- the status of the job;
- the finished video file.
Credits and purchases. We keep:
- which pack you bought, with its price, currency, and time;
- the order and payment reference Stripe sends us;
- your credit balance;
- every credit spent or returned.
Messages to us. If you contact support, we keep your message and our reply.
Technical data. Like most websites, our servers log:
- IP addresses, browser and device type;
- the pages requested, timestamps, and errors.
We use these logs to keep the service running, find bugs, and stop abuse.
How you use the site. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records anonymized usage data: clicks, scrolls, mouse movement, the pages you visit, and your device and browser type. From this it builds heatmaps and session recordings so we can see where pages are confusing or broken. By default, Clarity masks sensitive content, such as what you type into forms. We don't use it to see your photos or videos, and we don't use it for advertising. See section 5 for its cookies and how to opt out.
If you arrive through a link that carries a campaign tag (for example utm_source), we remember that tag so we know which campaign brought you.
2. How we use it
We use your information to:
- sign you in and keep your account and video history;
- make the videos you ask for and deliver them to you;
- add, spend, and return credits, and match payments to your account;
- send messages about your account, for example "your video is ready" or a reply to your support request (we don't send marketing emails unless you opt in);
- check uploads and results against our content rules, and investigate misuse or reports from people who say they were uploaded without consent;
- keep the site secure, fix problems, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting duties.
If you are in a region whose data protection law requires us to name a legal basis, we rely on:
- performing our contract with you, to make your video and manage your purchase;
- our legitimate interests in security, preventing abuse, and improving the service, including measuring how the site is used with Microsoft Clarity;
- legal obligations, for record keeping;
- your consent, where the law requires it for analytics cookies.
3. Your photos: the details
Where they go.
- Photos are uploaded to our private storage on Cloudflare R2.
- To make a video, we send them, together with our pre-written scene instructions, to third-party AI video generation providers. We use a main provider and, if it can't finish a video, send the same request to a backup provider. These providers process the photos only to make your video, under their own terms and privacy policies, which do not allow them to use your photos for training. We never use your photos to train AI models.
- Each provider may keep working copies for a limited time under its own retention rules. We can't directly delete copies held on its systems.
Who can see them.
- Your photos and videos are tied to your account. Other users can't browse them.
- We don't publish them, use them as samples, or add them to any public gallery without your separate written permission.
- Our team looks at a specific upload or video only when we need to: handling a support request, investigating a report, or checking for abuse.
- To fetch your photos, the provider may get a temporary link that expires after a short time.
No training. We don't use your photos or videos to train or fine-tune AI models, and we don't sell or license them to anyone.
4. Who we share data with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2). Hosts the website, database, and file storage. Receives: all data stored by the service, plus technical request data.
- Google. Sign-in. Receives: the sign-in request; Google sends us your profile details.
- Third-party AI video generation providers (a main provider and backups). Generate your video. Receive: your two photos and the scene instructions, used only to make your video.
- Stripe (via Link, merchant of record). Checkout, payment, tax, receipts, payment support. Receives: your payment details, email, and billing country (entered on Stripe's checkout page).
- Cloudflare Email Routing. Forwards mail sent to our support address. Receives: your message and email address.
- Email delivery provider (Resend), if we turn on account emails. Would send account emails, such as "your video is ready". Receives: your email address and the message.
- Microsoft Clarity. Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings. Receives: clicks, scrolls, pages visited, device and browser data, and cookie IDs; never your photos.
Payments. When you buy credits, you pay on a checkout page run by Stripe. Under Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe's affiliate Link acts as the merchant of record, which means it is the seller for the payment itself. Stripe collects the card and billing information you enter and uses it under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We receive only what we need to match the payment to your account: what you bought, the amount, the status, and an order reference.
We may also disclose information:
- if the law requires it;
- to answer a valid legal request;
- to protect the safety of a person, including someone shown in an upload;
- to prevent fraud;
- or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We don't sell or rent personal information. We don't share it for cross-context advertising.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage to:
- keep you signed in;
- protect forms;
- remember the campaign tag mentioned above.
The site doesn't work properly without them.
Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity). We use Microsoft Clarity for analytics and session recording. Clarity sets its own first-party cookies, such as _clck (a pseudonymous ID for your browser) and _clsk (links page views into one session). It may also use Microsoft cookies such as MUID to recognize your browser across visits. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Microsoft lists the cookies Clarity uses.
We don't use advertising cookies.
Your choice. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or we can't tell where you are, Clarity doesn't load until you choose Accept in the small cookie notice. If you choose Decline, it stays off. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Elsewhere, Clarity loads when you visit, and you can opt out as described below.
How to opt out of Clarity. You can:
- block or delete cookies for zombiecoupleaivideo.com and clarity.ms in your browser settings;
- use your browser's tracking protection, or a content blocker that blocks clarity.ms;
- email support@zombiecoupleaivideo.com and ask us to delete Clarity data linked to your visits.
Blocking Clarity doesn't stop the site from working.
6. How long we keep things
- Photos and finished videos: Until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
- Account details: While your account is open.
- Purchase and credit records: As long as tax and accounting law requires, even after account closure.
- Support messages and abuse reports: As long as needed to resolve the matter and prevent repeat abuse.
- Server logs: A short rolling period, then deleted.
- Clarity usage data: Session recordings for 30 days. Heatmap and click data, and a small sample of recordings, for up to 9 months. Microsoft then deletes them.
Backups roll over on a normal cycle, so a deleted file can stay in a backup for a short time before it is gone for good. Copies held by our AI providers follow their own retention rules.
7. Your choices and rights
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, or get a copy of it;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to some uses;
- withdraw consent you have given.
You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
How to make a request. Email support@zombiecoupleaivideo.com from the address on your Google account. We may ask you to confirm it's you before we act. We'll respond within the time the law allows, and in any case without unreasonable delay. If we have to keep some records, such as purchase records for tax, we'll tell you which ones and why.
California residents. You have the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
8. If someone uploaded your photo
If you're shown in a video on our service and didn't agree to it, email support@zombiecoupleaivideo.com with:
- a description of the video;
- if possible, the account or link involved.
You don't need an account to report. We'll investigate, remove material that breaks our rules, and may suspend the uploader's account.
9. Children
Zombie Couple AI is for adults (18+) only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a child has used the service, or a minor appears in an upload, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. International transfers
We and our providers run services in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
11. Security
We protect your data in several ways:
- traffic is encrypted with HTTPS;
- storage is private;
- links to files are time-limited;
- access to production systems is restricted.
No online service can promise perfect security. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll also let you know on the site or by email before it takes effect.
