Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and zombiecoupleaivideo ("we", "us"), the operator of Zombie Couple AI. They cover your use of Zombie Couple AI at zombiecoupleaivideo.com (the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. By signing in or buying credits, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Zombie Couple AI does

You upload two photos, one for each person in the story. You also choose a scene. Our AI video provider then generates a short two-part film:

• the main scene (for example, the cabin);
• a memory flashback.

The two parts are cut into one vertical video of roughly 15 seconds. The video is newly generated footage based on your reference photos. It is not a face swap onto someone else's film. The story, shots, and look of each scene are written by us, and you don't need to write a prompt.

Generative AI is unpredictable by nature. We aim for a good likeness and a smooth story, but we don't guarantee:

• that faces will match exactly;
• that every action or transition will appear as described;
• that sound will come out a particular way;
• a specific finish time.

Sample films and AI variation. Sample films on the site are for reference only. They show the style of a scene, not a promise of your exact result. Every video is generated by AI from your photos, so faces, outfits, motion, and small details will vary from photo to photo and from the samples. A finished video that differs from a sample film is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. A failed render returns the credit to your balance automatically (see our Refund Policy).

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract where you live. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep it secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

3. Photos and consent

This section matters most. Each time you upload photos, you promise that:

1. You have the right to use each photo. You took it, own it, or have permission from whoever does.
2. Everyone pictured has agreed. Each identifiable person has agreed to being turned into an AI zombie story, and to how you plan to use or share the result. If the photo is of you, that person is you.
3. Everyone pictured is an adult. No one in the photo is under 18, and no one appears to be.
4. No impersonation. You are not using photos of public figures, celebrities, or anyone else to pretend to be them or to mislead people about them.

The consent checkbox before you generate is your confirmation of the points above. We don't independently check every person's permission, and the responsibility is yours. If you're not sure the other person would be comfortable with the video, ask them first.

4. Content rules

You may not use the Service to upload, generate, or share:

• sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including "undressing" edits or sexual deepfakes;
• anything involving minors, in any role;
• content that impersonates, harasses, bullies, humiliates, threatens, or defames a real person;
• content that presents AI-generated footage as a real event in order to deceive people, for example faking evidence, news, or endorsements;
• graphic gore, real violence, encouragement of self-harm, hate speech, or other illegal content;
• material that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

You also may not:

• try to get around our safety checks, rate limits, or credit system;
• scrape or overload the Service, or probe for weaknesses;
• access other people's accounts or files;
• resell access without our permission.

How we enforce these rules. We or our provider may block an upload or a result that seems to break them. We may also remove content, refuse service, or suspend or close accounts. Credits spent on a job that breaks these rules are not returned. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

Reporting. To report a video, or a photo of you used without consent, email support@zombiecoupleaivideo.com. You don't need an account.

5. Your content

Your photos. They stay yours. You give us, and the providers that help us run the Service, a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, and send your photos for these purposes only:

• making and delivering your video;
• providing support;
• enforcing these terms.

That permission ends when the photos are deleted, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons or that remain for a short time in backups. We don't use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we don't publish them.

Your videos. As between you and us, you may download, keep, and share the videos you generate, for personal or commercial purposes, as long as you follow these terms and respect the rights of the people in them.

AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and similar outputs can happen for different users. For those reasons, we don't promise that a video is exclusive or registrable.

When you post a video:

• follow the platform's rules for AI-generated content, and add an AI label where required;
• make sure any music you add is licensed.

Storage. Download your videos to keep them. We store them for your account, but we don't promise permanent storage.

6. Credits and payment

How credits work. Videos are paid for with credits. Each video is 480p and costs 1 credit.

The cost appears before you press generate. Credits come in one-time packs. There's no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Current packs:

• Single: 1 credit for $4.99
• Trio: 3 credits for $9.99
• Five-pack: 5 credits for $14.99

Prices can change, and the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Credit rules.

• Expiry. Credits never expire.
• Use. They have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and can be used only on Zombie Couple AI.
• Credits on hold. When you start a video, the credits are reserved.
• Failed renders. If a video fails, or isn't delivered because of a problem on our side or our provider's, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
• Results you don't like. A video that finishes but isn't to your liking is not a failed render.

Payment through Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe's affiliate Link, LLC is the merchant of record (the seller) for your payment. This means that:

• your payment is made to Link;
• your receipt or tax invoice comes from Stripe/Link;
• sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated by Stripe from your location, collected at checkout, and paid to the tax authorities by Stripe;
• the checkout page shows the final amount, including any tax, before you pay;
• Stripe's own checkout terms also apply to the payment.

We remain responsible for providing the Service and the credits you bought.

Refunds. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits from that purchase are removed. If some of them were already spent, we may also remove the matching value from your other credits.

7. Changes, availability, and ending things

Changes to the Service. We may add, change, or retire features, scenes, models, or providers, and we may pause the Service for maintenance. If a change takes away something you already paid for, we'll tell you in reasonable time and help you use or recover your remaining credits.

Closing your account. You can stop using Zombie Couple AI and ask us to close your account at any time. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed at your request, unless our Refund Policy or the law gives you a refund.

If we end your access. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, commits fraud or abusive chargebacks, or puts other people at risk.

Sections 3–5, 8–10, and any terms about amounts you owe continue to apply after your account closes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including:

• merchantability;
• fitness for a particular purpose;
• non-infringement.

We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, neither we nor our providers are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim;
• US $50.

You are responsible for how you use and share your videos. You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim arises because you uploaded photos without the required consent or broke these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows it.

Before starting any formal claim, please email support@zombiecoupleaivideo.com so we can try to sort it out within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll give notice on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. A change won't take away credits you have already bought.

12. No affiliation

Zombie Couple AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any film studio, social media platform, or AI model maker. Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
